Return Policy

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Filipiniana and Barong 

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer service at infopristine.style@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us as outlined above.
